Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a wonderful experience at River Sakti Resort in Ubud. The rooms were super clean and modern, with a nice bathtub and shower. The service was top-notch, especially Budi was incredibly helpful. The location was breathtaking, offering privacy and a peaceful night's sleep surrounded by nature. The dining was also a highlight, with generous portions and incredible views of the jungle.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the service was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond to assist me during my stay, the rooms were in need of some serious maintenance. Despite the beautiful location surrounded by nature, the lack of deck chairs by the pool was disappointing. The dining experience, especially the breakfast, exceeded my expectations. Overall, a budget-friendly option with some notable drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was absolutely stunning with the gentle sound of a small waterfall nearby being a big plus, but the room had its issues being directly under the pool with a suspended ceiling in between. The service was exceptional with the staff going above and beyond, but the dining experience had some room for improvement. Overall, a beautiful location with some room for improvement in the rooms and dining.
Staying at River Sakti Resort was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms offered a view of the beautiful rice terraces but had a slight odor from the sink. The service was exceptional, with delicious meals and friendly staff. The hotel's location, though far from Ubud center, provided a peaceful ambiance by the river valley. The dining experience was satisfying, although improvements in the use of the oven for croissants were suggested.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were a bit tiny and had a musky smell, the service was top-notch with accommodating staff ready to fulfill any requests efficiently. The location, although far from the center, provided a serene setting surrounded by nature, yet it lacked enough deck chairs for all guests. The dining experience was surprisingly good, offering delicious meals with breathtaking jungle views. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
